Frenzied and disorganised. They made me reschedule 3 times and on the third time (F2F) they didn't bother to show up, so another Director was drafted in 20 minutes after the interview was due to start. I withdrew my application. Oh, and everybody looked MISERABLE.

The recruiter that contacted me was one of the rudest recruiters I've had the displeasure speaking to. As soon as she realized I'm not in a state they hire in, she stops using proper grammar, doesn't capitalize the first letter of sentences, add signature, or use periods. Despite that I say that I'm open to relocation she says some nonsense about openings are at will employment and no relocation assistance is provided which makes no sense in the context she used it in because all jobs are at will employment and that doesn't mean no relocation assistance. She emails me again using the same email chain using direct respond to email asking me for a time to chat, I respond, then she disappears for a few days, and process repeats. We finally lock in a call, and she's late. Then emails me saying that, "sorry we dont hire in your state" Very professional.
