There is no Interview ethics, Every candidate is pre fixed they take interview to fool candidates and management. This is only bakwas company. They are even not . HRs will ask about pregnancy.

Good and smooth process ,2 rounds of technical interviews followed by HR discussion .
Basic questions on SQL database , joins ,plsql questions ,db concepts,and ETL informatica power center related questions
I applied though Naukri.com.
After short listing Estuate called me for interview on a Saturday
They conducted Two technical rounds and
one HR round
First round was on telephone in their company
second and third round was face to face.
