Etcetera is a bit different than the other companies that I had worked for in the past. The interview was a process in which I learned more about the company and was offered the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about how successful consultants built their businesses. The process was very beneficial to me because it allowed me to overcome my initial concerns about my ability to succeed in a commission-only environment.
