They first asked me to write essay on a given topic, then personal interview with recruitment executive, then typing test, then send me for an interview with Director, then I was told by recruitment head that they would like me to join and negotiated salary with me. The interview was easy. They just ask about previous work experience and if we will be comfortable in night shift, etc.

Saw a job posting in a Facebook group stating they were accepting walk-ins. When I got there I was greeted by the receptionist, she called a recruiter to the front to come get me. The recruiter took me back to the HR office where there were several other applicants waiting. The head HR person asked me a couple of questions about background and schedule. She asked if I wanted to work the AM or PM shift. Then I took a typing test which you had to get at least 45 words per minute. Then an essay test. Then a computer navigation test. All of the tests were easy to pass. Once that was done I was given a cup to take a urine drug test. After that I-9 paperwork was done and I was given a start date.

The process was simple just had to pass the tying part and I had several tries! The interview was professional and informative! I got to sit with a current team member and actually got to see what I'd be doing, I couldn't wait to get started!!

The hiring process is simple. If you are an average typer (40 wpm). Know how to read and write English, as well as basic computer skills. The place I work they drug test on the spot, so do not go if you have done anything within 90 days. I went through a interview that was quick and I was hired and started orientation the same day. Then that following Monday I started training.
