From the beginning started to ask technical questions, without defining clearly the problem. They put me in a situation I was feeling at the age of 12 in front of my teacher. Their interest seems to be in hiring an operator ( pre-programed robot) rather than acquiring talented candidate.

While the interview itself was pretty run of the mill, it was their behavior pre and post interview which really bothered me. I asked for some clarification on a writing sample which they requested and never got a response. Then after the interview, I was told I would hear back the following week, which was 3+ weeks ago.
I understand I am more than likely not going to be offered a position and that the company is a start-up. However, there should be some sort of communication if you are going to go to the trouble of meeting someone
