They were very accomodating with my schedule, friendly and helpful. I was told to come again for the day to do a mock up design plan. I finished that in 2-3 hrs.

They sat down and looked at my portfolio and resume. They talked to me about my school and future plans. They then did a hands on project to see what I was capable of.

First there was an initial phone call with a few questions about me and why I'd be a good fit in this position. Then lead to an in person interview followed by a design exercise.

I applied in January. Then got a an email in February about two months later. Then had phone interview with the district manager. Then another interview with the district manager and studio manager. Then the design challenge.
