Entrevista
The interview process at Ethos began with a technical assessment consisting of two parts:
MCQs based on software testing concepts
Two DSA coding questions, both focused on Dynamic Programming (DP)
After clearing the assessment, I had a discussion with a Senior Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience. This round was primarily about expectation alignment rather than deep technical grilling. We talked about:
What I was expecting from Ethos in terms of role and growth
What the company was expecting from me
The type of projects and frameworks I had been working on
The process was structured to continue with two additional coding rounds and a resume deep dive, but I wasn’t moved forward after the discussion with the Senior Engineering Manager.
Overall, the process reflected Ethos’ balanced evaluation approach, combining technical depth with cultural and role alignment.
