I had two interviews that I had to participate in. Interview #1 had a pipette test where you were asked to use different kinds of pipettes, and your ability to follow directions were tested. Interview #2 was with a team member and was more of a behavior check.

I answered a few questions from the vice president and also took a short paper quiz on DNA and sequencing. I got an offer the next day. Pretty straight forward and easy
