Applied via company website, recruiter reached out a week later. Recruiter put me forward for 5 interviews and I was also asked to do a project. Was told after a week, that after a hard decision the manager decided to not hire anyone, which wasn’t true. Etsy just lied to spare my feelings, which is so childish. My advice would be for people to look elsewhere.
