Lengthy process. 4 rounds of interviews and met with 8 people. Mechanical lacking “human component” & a few unprepared (ie late for interview, no resume), interview structure didn’t allow enough time for me to ask questions. After weeks of going through the process & being asked to gather a list of references, I was ghosted. Even after following up, no response. Extremely unprofessional especially from a Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, it was a blessing in disguise as I would not want to work for a company that treats candidates so poorly with no respect for the time they invested.
