Phone interview with some great questions, focusing on making design decisions using data, and making a difference with the product itself. This was pre-pandemic, so it was strange that they didn't seek an in-person conversation for a pretty senior position.

Had a screening interview where the recruiter asked me about my salary range, interest in the role, and past experience. He was very positive and said he'd follow up with next steps. Got completely ghosted and he never followed up even with follow up emails.
