First HR, then some external psychologist interviewed me and had to take multiple online tests, then 2nd round pretty normal interview, future manager and his manager and one future colleague interviewed. Very casual conversation.

Very warm and casual from hiring manager point of view. Thorough with multiple tests and interview steps with multiple interviewers involved (colleague to manager's manager). HR was the most distant and "read from the paper" but nothing to complain. I was kept up-to-date about the process and informed very well.
