Disorganized, scattered, postponed. The company is very understaffed in management as about 7 o 8 managers have left the firm over the last 5 years and have not been replaced, primarily because Peter does not want to pay up. Also, you can NOT take your clients with you to the next firm so smart brokers do not want to spend time building Peter's empire. So Managers move on once they figure out the mojo of the firm after they have been there a few months. I know one office that had 4-5 managers over course of 5 years. Peter Schiff does not get involved unless you are a high producing broker who he is trying to recruit.
