This position was filled through a recruitment agency, which initially shortlisted me. However, the HR representative from EuroPool, who conducted the interview, was exceptionally arrogant and condescending, creating an uncomfortable environment that immediately discouraged me. The role itself was more of a junior position in HR, yet it became clear that they were seeking someone with senior-level experience, all while offering a minimum salary for Prague. What left the strongest impression was the highly unprofessional feedback I received from the recruitment agency. Overall, it was a very negative experience for me, but I do believe the company has potential. I would have liked to be part of it, but not in this particular role or department.
