I had an initial phone screening, then an in person interview with our masher and a final one with our client/project manager. Each was mainly getting to know me, making sure I was a good fit for the team. Hardest part was actually the sheet I was sent pretty much asking how I would implement my skills.

I talked with the head of operations for euroq/Mercedes he explained what was expected of me and I began working the following week. I also was required to take a drug test and go through a background check.
