Initial call with the recruiter with general questions, then they sent me some personality and logic tests to do on my own, they said those were not taken into consideration to make the decision but were only for them to have a general idea. After a month or so I participated to their career day, which consisted in: a 45 minutes logical test, a welcome and Q&A presentation, and two interviews with different people. I got feedback shortly after that and got invited to one final interview with two people for a couple of weeks later.
