submitted application online and HR called within a week, mainly about my background. Then after 1 or 2 weeks, a phone interview with HM, mostly behavior questions with a few technical questions on my resume. After that, scheduled a on-site 2 weeks later. The HM mainly asked the technical questions. It seemed everyone was busy with his business and few people attended my seminar.

It was a simple n easy process, phone call with recruiter and then 60 min meeting with hiring manager. I received offer in 2 weeks after call with hiring manger

It was a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to, and expected me to, ask several questions at the beginning of the interview before asking me theirs.

Entrevista
As soon as I begun to answer the questions I could tell that I would not be getting any follow up interviews from them. Many of the questions asked were not about my experience and or skills that I carry but rather about behavioral situations. Ironically the position I applied for is meant to be a lab research position where I run assays.
