Phone screening in July, 3.5 interview at lab location, met with 4 people. Nice people, and they really want to make sure that they match you with a job that you will enjoy and stay with. Took forever to hear back, about 6 weeks. Didn't get job but HR got me set up with another interview for another position that they thought I might fit better in
