They recruited from my university. They didn’t have an in-person representative, but a short list was sent out a week after we submitted our applications. This was immediately followed by a data analysis test on Excel. A second short list followed this after which we were given a PowerPoint test. After this, we had a short psychometric test before a final short list was announced. We were first interviewed by consulting managers and then consulting directors based out of London before finally receiving offers.
