I took a numerical reasoning test, a pre-recorded video interview and an inverview. The process took 3-4 months. The psychometric test has been really hard, the two interviews not much.

Entrevista
Online numerical test (not different from IBD online numerical tests for global banks), then recorded video interview. The online test judges both speed and accuracy so be prepared and very focused; the test feedback is then sent by mail. The video interview is short and straightforward. The process is very long.

Be prepared on: why you chose ECB; why the department; what kind of technical skills you can offer (very important); when did you apply those technical skills; projects, assignments and work which involved statistical/econometric analysis on economic data; programming skills (extremely important). Show motivation and dress like in a irl interview.
