WebEx interview - three pre-selected questions for every candidate - and then Panel interview (one hour) with a written exercise (one hour). Interview was very much behavioural-based and very little technical-based.

Process took four weeks and included: - Screening (CV + motivation) - Written exercise - Topical presentation - Panel interview All in all, it was average difficulty. The competencies assessed, as well as the results, were shared with the candidates one week after receiving a call from the hiring manager.
