If you had a magical wand, what project would you like to conceptualise and implement during your traineeship? Please focus on one of these domains: 1) general banking supervision, 2) Quan, Tec, IT risk or AI, or 3) Legal aspects of banking supervision. Please use your knowledge and creativity to outline this project in up to 1250 characters (including spaces). Your project will be assessed on originality and why you find this project interesting.

CV screening + question via email asking for a project you would like to implement if you worked at the ECB in the context of banking supervision. Then online interview with two components of the division if you pass to the second phase.

Motivation, what are you interested the most, climate risk, cyber risk, what's your experience in climate change, what's your experience in accounting, difference between Bank's and company's balance sheet, how do you think should be composed the board of a bank, how would you proceed in scrutinising the supplementary note, which kind of indicators would you look if you Have to assess the stability of a bank, your experience with presentation, how Did you manage to solve a difficult situation in a group project.
