Smooth, challenging but good and fair. The only thing, I'd say is that the test to be in the EC is silly as it only tests few and archaic competencies and not people management skills or inter-personal skills etc.

I applied with a complete form of cover letter, cv and references. I was invited to a written test, and then an interview with a panel of 4 people: 1 hr, the hos and 2 staff colleagues
