Very invasive. You must jump through five flaming hoops to get a face to face interview. I was lucky to be hired by a genuine and nice manager who appreciated the questions I had for her during my phone interview. She quit a month after she hired me, and I found a better opportunity a few months later.

The IQ test was unnecessary. This place makes you memorize scripts. I guess the IQ test was there to make sure you weren't too retarded, and could memorize lines.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
