Entrevista
I applied online, and also through a recruiter. I was called about a week later, and interviewed via phone. I was then called again, and set up with an interview. The interview was fantastic. Very basic questions. Make sure that you include how excited you are when you deal with customers, and how ambitious you are when learning to do new things. I was just called about 10 minutes ago for a second interview. The manager is really interested and very relaxed.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
