Just like above you go through 3 rounds, one online and 2 in person. Although some of the interviewers were nice, I’ll say the whole experience still to this day is one I consider confusing. There was a lot of errors made while communicating with candidates. There was no feedback provided to my performance and did get a short strange email informing me I had not been successful even after having left with the feeling I actually performed well. Looking back at it, I am glad they turned me down seeing how the company is managed and I did receive better offers afterwards.

Entrevista
Started off really well, with clear communication on first phases and timelines, topics and content of the interview phases. The experience gradually degraded from then on… recruitment and the managing team would keep overpromising on timelines and providing updates that never came. I chased a few times, I got confirmation multiple times that I was still on the loop of candidates. I got a promise of an update in the next 7 days. 3 months later, nothing. I stopped chasing. Not keen to work for a company who cannot even sort a recruitment process; I cannot imagine what scheduling staff for trains must be like.

Entrevista
The first step was a video interview with 5 questions.
Each question was supposed to be answered by a short video answer.
I found it very interesting and you have trials so you can re do the video.
I applied on March and I kept contacting them in order to know the status of the the application since.
I kept received the same answer the application is still ongoing.
Today mid June still no response even to say that the application is refused.
I am so disappointed and felt disrespected, to be ghosted by a brand I so much valued at.
At least dignified candidate with a response whatever the outcome is.
