My interview process with Ichor lasted about a month. I applied to a role on Indeed on May 3, 2024. The next week, they requested a writing sample and then scheduled me for a 45-min interview with the hiring manager on May 23rd. After that, I was invited to interview with additional team members, and also completed a performance task that assessed my research, writing, and analysis skills. I was then invited to join the team for lunch at the Ichor offices on June 5th, and following reference checks, I received an offer the next day.
