Behavior questions were all pretty standard.
Another Glassdoor review from a Legal Analyst implied that the generative AI product is subpar and is held together by a lot of manual human work. This implication appears true. I suspect the technical problems boil down to adding technical debt for whatever daily fire is going on.
Founder interview was most telling. Although incredibly smart and a great salesman, he appears to have little empathy for his workers. He explicitly brought up work life balance and how that should not be a priority at EvenUp. This matches the other engineers describing a big crunch time before the latest round of funding. Obviously startups tend to require more dedication than other places, but most founders know how to convey this with more tact. He also completely ignored questions about his leadership style and instead went directly into a well-rehearsed elevator pitch. At no point did I think the founder or company would care about me at all. He was also 10+ minutes late to the meeting and did not apologize at all.
Benefits are subpar at series B. No contributions for dependent insurance. No 401k.
Org structure is odd with no VP Eng or directors. I suspect you'll be micromanaged by the founders. Overall just a bad feeling for the company.
I apparently passed the technical portion but I'm pretty sure the founder didn't like the fact that I was interviewing him as much as he was interviewing me.
Be careful out there friends.

LC medium graph traversal System design stream processing problem
The tech screen was a LeetCode-style question, the person interviewing me was supposed to be a director, he was 10 minutes late, on his phone the whole time, not paying attention, and when asked a question replied with an answer that made no sense in the context of the question. He clearly didn't care to review his own interview question.

Entrevista
The interview process is very long, but the interviewers made a good impression there were no gotcha questions. There were 6 stages: - An overview Meeting with the VP of engineering - Tech Screening (simple live coding challenge) - Coding challenge (another live coding challenge) - System Design Interview - Meeting with the Data Science team (mostly questions about what interactions I had with the DS team, and what data-related tools I have experience with) - Behavioural interview with Product Managers - Behavioural interview with the CEO
