Entrevista
The interview started on a reasonable note; there was genuine dialogue, feedback was exchanged, and compensation was discussed, which felt like a positive sign.
The issue came when I tried to respond to a concern raised about my fit. Rather than engaging with my perspective or relevant experience, the interviewer abruptly ended the call with no proper close.
I’m not reviewing the outcome as rejections are part of the process. I’m reviewing the conduct. Cutting off a candidate mid-conversation without basic courtesy is a red flag for how this company treats people generally. If this is how they handle interviews, it’s worth considering what that signals about the broader culture.

Describe your sales process from your previous company
It went smoothly in the beginning with video recording and live interviews. The hiring manager was very open about their process. I was told that I'd hear from them in a week. However, I never did.

Entrevista
I will start by saying this was a very odd process and concerning. I was asked to complete a video interview and put together a portfolio on back to back emails that were 2 hours apart. They had initially sent out an email on Friday and followed up by Monday to ask if it was done. Next they waited 10 days to let me know, I’ll be booked in for an interview with the VP and quickly asked to do another interview with the ceo, which was a top grading style interview. I was provided with positive feedback and they were interested in proceeding me along after the interview with the ceo. Only to not hear from them for close to a month and they said another candidate was chosen. Funny enough the role is posted again and no one was hired. I’ve read this elsewhere they have no intention of hiring but are conducting interviews.
