Start with a quick call from the recruiter. Two managers interviewed me via Zoom, and the next round would be in-person, followed by a design challenge. It was okay, at least everything was moving quickly. However, the vibe from the two managers was extremely different. One was warm and welcoming, the other was way more serious.
