The interview was pretty easy, I was very qualified, but they asked a lot of questions that felt very skeptical and critical of my experience. The interviewer was quite dishonest and she felt very fake, compared to other HR/recruiters I've interviewed with... Continued to say I'd be moved to the next round... Instead, I was ghosted for a month and then randomly I got an automated email saying they'd went with someone else.

In a world where system generated emails and ghosting is the norm, I will say that Ever.Ag's HR process is TOP NOTCH! The recruiter was very thorough in her communication. Emails were personally written, and if there was a delay in the process, she reached-out to explain rather than keeping the candidate waiting and wondering. I was unfortunately a runner-up for the position, but I didn't get an email-- I got a personal phone call and had a great conversation. I received valuable feedback and made a connection for future opportunities. I wish every company ran their HR process like Ever.Ag!
