Was a quick and easy interview process. They asked basic questions about yourself and how you would manage certain situations. Interviewed with both the director and assistant director. They then toured me around the school and showed me all the classrooms.

Both phone screening and in person interview are very simple. They ask about your experience working with children and ask many “what would you do” situations. As long as you are a positive, enthusiastic person you should not have any issues.
