The interview process was professional yet conversational. Bruno took time to understand my background, interests, and goals. He explained the role clearly and made the environment feel comfortable and engaging. Questions were thoughtful, and the conversation flowed naturally. Although I didn’t get to ask all of mine, I felt valued and respected throughout. Overall, a positive and insightful experience.

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews. No issues mostly informational. First over phone as a feeler all other interviews were done in person or via teams. Usually the potential manager and CFO interview last.
