I had a good initial interview with the recruiter, who was professional and clear about the process. However, after that, the experience took a frustrating turn. The recruiter became extremely persistent, sending multiple messages, emails, and even calls before each interview—even though I had never been late or missed any of them. Ironically, they were the ones who rescheduled the technical interview at the last minute. The technical interview itself was of medium difficulty, and based on the feedback, it seemed like I had passed. They then asked me to adjust my resume to send it to the client, which I promptly did. After that, I never heard back from them—no updates, no feedback, nothing. The lack of communication and transparency after the process was disappointing. If they were no longer interested, a simple follow-up message would have been the least they could do.
