Used AI to interview me. Extremely dehumanizing and dismissive. I am uncomfortable working for a company that thinks that that is an acceptable way to treat a human being, so I ended the interview early.

The AI interviewer asked all the questions that I had already answered in my application - am I eligible to work in the US, am I a veteran, etc. Clearly just a test to evaluate if someone is desperate enough for a job to jump through these hoops, so they know how much they will be able to exploit them down the line.

I was contacted by one of their recruiters, who was interested in having me join the team as a Front End Developer. The process took 1 week, and the interview was a mix of technical, and social questions.

I was contacted on LinkedIn and first had a phone interview, and then I interviewed in person. It was a pretty standard interview, and I feel pretty awesome that I was found this way.
