The while prices was straightforward. Phone interview first and then an in person interview to follow. During the interview process though I asked about overtime, to which the guy interviewing me called it something else and said that time past forty hours was paid at around 1.25x the hourly rate. I know flat out that is illegal to do so please beware of this company and ask questions! Who knows what else they are doing illegally.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low

Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
