Phone interview initially, then an Onsite interview with team half day to see office location and meet with team members one on one and in a group setting. More open ended, personality fit type questions, describing their process, daily meetings and expectations etc. Then they were able to make a decision

Quick interview process. Talk with internal recruiter and the managing director of the respective branch. Will hire most people that seem to have interest in hard work, commission, and be in sales.
