They then set up a video interview with the Managing Director, Delivery Manager, and Sales Director for the office that you'll be working with. They typically have their decision made the same day if you're joining, and they usually hire anyone who interviews.

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
