A phone screening, tech test on then an on site interview. They drew a diagram for a server network and had me work through the process of testing an error being reported. They asked me to draw a network configuration to ensure a hosts connection to a data server. They finished by asking me to use a laptop to use linux bash commands to evaluate a log file and check for a bandwidth delay. There were no behavioral questions, or questions about my resume or experience. Nothing in the job description lead me to think I would need network design skills to apply for the position. I feel I should have been screened out much earlier to avoid wasting time. They did recommend I apply for one of their entry level positions, which I agree, would have been a better place to start.
