First interview was a brief telephone conversation about previous experience. Second (and final) interview was about 45 minutes long with the Regional Sales Manager and General Manager. We covered topics like personal background, work history and then I had to present a prepared talk for 15 minutes about how I would improve the current sales performance across multiple sites in the area (I was given this topic beforehand to prepare).
