In general, the recruitment process was neutrally ok, I was at two different interviews for fairly similar positions and the first interview went very well, I received feedback with which I agree as much as possible, I believe that I was assessed fairly and the questions asked as well as the interview itself were at a high level, for the first interview I have nothing to complain about but I have no idea why having a relatively high rating - that is, overall 4/5 I did not pass the next stage. It was certainly nice that the lady from HR by email offered a second job offer for a similar position, it was enough that I wrote that I would like to apply for this position and then I only had to wait for a phone call and an interview date, these things took a while because probably more than a month.
On the other hand, the second interview went completely different from the first one, despite my greater stress during this interview I felt that the technical knowledge questioner asked questions that were often confusing and unclear, they were mainly questions from strong fundamentals and nothing about advanced terms, which in my opinion were needed at such an interview. I disagree for the most part with the feedback given to me, I believe I answered relatively well in some half or more, and I get the impression that since according to the recruiter I did not answer a given question well in its entirety, he scored me to zero on some questions. My biggest surprise is scoring me negatively for a question that didn't come up at the interview at all, as if he was forcefully looking for another point for which to score me negatively. Additionally, I feel that in questions where I answered at length but well it was not noted in the feedback in any way, any side references I made to like the main question in the context of a good tidbit were not noted either. In addition, the technical part should last 30 minutes as it was said at the beginning of the interview and it extended to 50 minutes, and I have the impression as if all my attempts to move on to the next question (due to the lack of a final answer on my part already or some other guesses) ended up with further and further circling around the same question, the recruiter wanted to extract an answer from me at all costs, he did not have any sense of the fact that I want to move on already.
