The first round was a recruiter email to schedule a phone screening with general questions, including salary expectations (good to prepare in advance).
The second round was a technical interview with a Senior Research Associate, focusing on relevant programs and software used in the role.
This was followed by a manager interview that explored team experience, collaboration, and working style.
The final round was with the Director, focusing on overall fit, experience, and alignment with the team and company goals.

Entrevista
I applied through a recruiter. The whole process took 3 weeks.
I was first screened by a HR (30 min), and then a technical interview w/ a senior RA (45 min). Followed by another interview w/ a senior RA (45 min), an epidemiology assessment (45 min): 1 paper critique on the method and result; 1 study design question; and a final panel interview w/ 2 people (1 SRA 1 RS).
The interviews w/ the seniors were somewhat difficult, if you said e.g. you have done analysis using some type of regression, they would ask as much detail as they can about that method. Also, this is a position w/ the real-world evidence team, so they'd like to find someone w/ epidemiology study design experience, from start to end. Overall I've learned more about this position's requirements, and its a bummer that I got rejected.

What is the hazard ratio like in your model? What are you comparing? What might be the bias?
One HR screen and then I was interviewed by four people one on one from the department. Overall a very good experience and the questions were fair. There were some interesting discussions, meaning that they care about who they hire to the team.
