The whiteboard challenge felt more like a conversation which was refreshing. Overall the interviewers seemed nice and most of the conversations gave me a good sense of the team. Negatives: Recruiter was late to our initial call. She said she'd get back to me after the onsite on a certain day but failed to do so. I received a formulaic rejection email from the person who scheduled my meetings, not the recruiter I spoke to over zoom. This was disappointing as I had invested 6 hours in speaking with 7 different members of the team. I also spent time watching their product demo so I could offer feedback during my interview. While all the people I spoke to were really nice, everyone I interviewed with aside from the recruiter were males which made me wonder about the diversity within the company. I found the onsite could have been split over 2 sessions. I mentioned this to the recruiter at the end of the onsite and she said that they have this option. She failed to mention this to me. Overall, the process moved quickly and everyone seemed nice. The recruitment team could refine their process and be more mindful when it comes to creating a diverse panel of interviewers. After receiving the formulaic rejection email, I also received a request to complete a survey on their interview process which I found odd, considering they didn't take the time to offer me any feedback.

Long, elaborate, pretentious. The two 60 min interviews with random “industry leaders” is a bit much. Weird manager who laughs out loud when you give answers he wouldn’t give himself.
