      Hr person is great but most of the managers here are flakey and forgetful. Had to reschedule a few times, completed the interview, interviewer said they were moving me to the next round, arranged a follow up then ghosted. Also prepare to interview with like 8 different people

      Very long interview process. I had 8 interviews total. Every step of the process was very open and transparent, and everyone I met with was amazing. I was very impressed by this companies interview process, it was actually pretty refreshing. A little over a month later and I got the role!

      **Pros:** Evolus markets itself as energetic, innovative, and culture-driven. On the surface, the brand story is compelling, and many employees are enthusiastic about the product. Several individuals I spoke with were genuinely passionate, hard-working, and supportive. **Cons:** My experience with the company’s recruiting process raised multiple red flags that ultimately made me grateful to have accepted an offer with a far more professional and well-structured organization. Across two separate interview cycles, communication was inconsistent, disorganized, and at times nonexistent. I invested significant time — including market analyses, field observations, and preparation work — only to be ghosted twice after receiving extremely positive feedback. In one instance, I even received an automated rejection email *the day before* a scheduled interview, only to be told the next day it was a “system error.” Equally concerning was the lack of internal alignment and professionalism within the field organization. Several interactions and dynamics among key territory representatives suggested personal bias, internal dysfunction, and blurred professional boundaries. For a company that emphasizes culture and accountability, these issues were troubling and difficult to overlook. The experience made it clear that the internal environment in some territories is not reflective of the polished image the company projects. Candidates deserve transparent, respectful communication and a fair evaluation process — neither of which aligned with what I encountered. **Advice to Management:** Invest in consistent recruiting standards, enforce professional conduct across all territories, and ensure candidates are treated with basic respect and clarity. The product and brand have tremendous potential, but the internal talent processes and leadership dynamics must match the standard the company claims to uphold.
