I had a horrible experience with this company and I would gladly share the struggles I've undergone! Before I start, I'll be specific - I had an interview in Tbilisi branch. It all began when I discovered about this company through internet. I've instantly applied online. By the way, they use great a tool, called SmartRecruitment (it helped me to track down exact dates when my resume was viewed and when it was selected, overall really efficient). Some time has passed and I've been selected, shortly after this I got a call and was invited to interview. The Interview was great, I left with positive feelings. Before long, I was appointed to what seemed like second stage. Everything created the impression of great. Interviewer notified me regarding following; in case I was selected, they will call me and if not, they were supposed to send an e-mail. And I waited, a month - nothing. Because I was in a hurry and I needed exact answer I've called them for information. Interviewer mentioned, that company was in a fuss, that's why my answer was so delayed. Yet again, I didn't receive approval nor rejection. I've waited one more month, called them and got the similar answer. Another month has passed and I called again. This time, I received an e-mail, after the call, saying that "unfortunately I've not been selected for the interview". Which is untrue, I've been there two times. Two or tree more days have passed and I was invited to interview for a different position. This time, it was another lady, who didn't even ask for convenient time and told me to be on an interview on the same day. I've informed her, that time was inconvenient. She replied saying she was going to call back later and of course never did. I would like to say, that team I had interview with was quite unprofessional. It would be great if company looked into this case.
