The process begins with a screening interview over the phone with a recruiter. This is when you will be asked about your interest in the position as well as your skills and background. This is more or less a casual conversation that will give you an opportunity to ask questions as well. If you make it past the screening, you will be asked to come in for a formal interview. You can expect two or more rounds of 45 minute interviews with 2-3 interviewers per round. Some people will be on site in the room with you, while others will be video conferencing from another location. These individuals will be managers, developers, business analysts and other QA analysts.

The interview was fairly laid back. I interviewed with a few different people at different levels of the company. Overall the interview was good and answered many questions I had myself about the company.
