Upon reaching Evolve MMA, I handed my resume to the front desk and was asked to filled up a form for my interviewer. After submitting the form, was told to wait for a while. After about 5 mins, I started my interview. My Interviewer was friendly but professional.

Was interviewed a couple of months ago and interviewer is very inexperienced and is the same one I interviewed last year. Asked Google and textbook questions shows how inexperienced and uncreative you are, basically a mindless drone. Gave my reasons for joining but kept asking the same questions over and over again but my answer remains the same. Not sure she has hearing problems, skeptical or illiterate. If you're skeptical, don't waste my time or others' time conducting interviews as no matter what the person says, you're just prejudiced against the person. Was told there are 5 rounds of interview which others have the similar experience and answer as well. Really, who do you (this company) think you are? You're not Google, Meta or Microsoft. Even the MNCs i worked previously don't have so many rounds of interview. Furthermore, your salary range is ridiculous 3k to 4k for 5 rounds of interview. If you're not hiring, i suggest stop posting jobs and wasting candidates' time. Furthermore, the person interviewing best go for some training if not you're going to look like a child interviewing adults.
