Fairly straightforward, went through my cv and answered some questions on experience. Didn't go through competencies. Had a lab tour to end interview. Nothing out of the ordinary to be honest.

The first interview was virtual on Teams . And then the rest of the interviews were in person. You can tour the facility and see where you will work. I applied to the job through a recruiter.

Entrevista
I applied for lab intern position online and soon a recruiter replied me with a quick phone interview. She asked why do you want this job and then arrange a on-site interview next week. I interviewed with four different people includes mangers and scientists, each gave 20 mins. They asked about your backgrounds first and then kept asking typical behavior question.
