The interview process was very disorganized. Had a total of 3 interviews and for 2 of them the company interviewing staff were lvery late.
Company forgot about one of the interviews and clearly they were not ready for it.
During first interview, HR asked about salary expectation. The offered salary was a lot lower than the minimal amount I gave them. (About 20k)
Overall, I got the feeling they were looking for someone with extended experience and pay them a junior position salary.

Entrevista
It was an in-person interview which took about 1 hour. After asking some basic questions about control engineering, there was salary negotiation. After the process was completed, manager gave a company tour.
