Nothing but online assessment hacker rank/leetcode test, and if you pass that, more leetcode tests with a soulless interviewer. It makes no sense for a company paying as little as they pay to have this kind of interview process. They are not a FAANG company and need to have their ego in check. It seems from the company's reviews of being a poorly managed typical Japanese company, I'm glad to have dodged a bullet.
